Job Description: Grand Boulevard Holiday Homes - Dubai - Grand Boulevard Holiday Homes LLC is a growing company in the UAE, specializing in holiday homes, short-terms rentals of apartments and villas throughout Dubai. Grand Boulevard is seeking to fill our Property Host position with an enthusiastic, career minded, individual, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to teamwork. This position reports to Grand Boulevard's Office Manager and has responsibility for assisting with the many facets of the hospitality operations effort including but not limited to: Greet guest Check guests in and out of properties Attend to guest complaints Provide helpful and inviting environment for guests Answer questions asked by guests Ensure maintenance of the property Ensure that customer needs and desires are met Order supplies and coordinate services from outside vendors Collection of Payment Collection of DTCM documentation requirements Skills This position requires: A degree in hotel management and/or ... - Permanent - Full-time
