Job Position: Chief Specialist
Job Description: Roads and Transport Authority - Dubai - Job Description Manage arbitral procedures raised by or against RTA upto prepration of all the required documents and presentations. Recommend of Arbitrators nomination & Barristers appointments. Vetting of Barristers memorandums, pleadings. Recommend acceptance or rejection of compromise settlement offers from legal perspective Confer with disputants to clarify issues, identify underlying concerns, and develop an understanding of their respective needs and interests. Ensure that the legal correspondence are addressed and communicated as per the direction of the Unfired Claim Committee & Relevant Directors. Apply legislations and develop proposals that regulate all services, draft agreements and memorandums of understanding, review contracts and respond to legal advice. Guide, advice and monitor the Arbitral procedures raised by or against RTA as well as reviewing the submissions of the Barristers who will represent RTA before Arbitral Tribunals.
