Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Description: Dubai - Assist customers with all related service enquiries. Prepare and send quotations to customer and arrange rate filing and bookings creation /confirmations. Co-ordination with customers on their export enquiries. Monitoring quotations/booking status. Coordination for container releases. Coordinate / Follow-up with all customers for current and next vessel bookings. Prepare Final loading report for principals after vessel is sailed. The tabulation of all freights and the preparation of invoices for customers. Coordinating with the agents/principals for all customer enquiries (included freight rates, freight payment status i.e collect, prepaid or elsewhere). Monitor daily the inventory stock, monitor all empty containers released to shippers and follow-up for return of laden boxes to the port for loading.... - Permanent - Full-time
