Job Position: Female Arabic HR Executive
Job Description: Starlight Maritime-Freight Forwarding Company - Dubai - A Leading freight forwarding Company is looking for female HR Executive. Must have minimum 2 years of UAE Experience. Job responsibilites: Handle the recruitment process. Handle all general HR aministration responsibilities. Handle the staff medical insurance and other govt. related employees welfare Do employees transfer, promotions and terminations, issue warning Letters etc Ensure timely initiation and proper compliance of statutory requirements under various labor laws. Ensure disbursement of salary. Implement all rules, procedures, directives etc. applicable under various statutes including those prescribed by the Management. Install and operate the internal systems of the company in relation to attendance recording, statutory deductions and any other specified matters. Liaise with labor department, job related government officials, the employees, and special agencies to maintain good relations and to ensure full statutory compliances.
