Job Description: Clyde & Co - Dubai - Junior Associate – Non-Contentious Shipping (Dubai) Job purpose To assist partners in the shipping team with a wide variety of non-contentious transactional matters. Our expertise includes advising on: – Secured lending, leasing and export – Trade finance – Joint ventures – Sale and purchase agreements – Shipbuilding and offshore construction contracts – Acquisition of maritime assets and/or companies Job requirements Responsibilities include: Advising and assisting marine companies in relation to refinancing matters Advising maritime companies in bidding activities for projects including reviewing vessel construction and operating contracts, charter parties and financing agreements. Assisting trading companies with acquisitions, sales, storage and shipment of commodities.
