Job Position: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description: Sharjah - Management of import and export shipments. Issuance of Proforma Invoices to customers for establishing export LCs L/C management and fully conversant with the import/export procedures. Responsible for customs documentations/shipping documentations and arranging delivery of shipments as per delivery / inco terms ( CFR, CIF, FOB, EX-WORKS etc ) with regards to all inbound and outbound shipments. Liaison with bank for release of import documents and negotiation and submission of export documents. Coordination with logistic companies and shipping lines to organize the import and export shipments. Undertaking full responsibility of monitoring material movement right from dispatch to delivery points, ETA, ETD, vessel tracking and update to the clients. Coordination with other departments in operation and documentation proceedings to attain a smooth company transaction.... - Permanent - Full-time
