Job Position: Office Manager
Job Description: Ajman University - Ajman - - Serves as the primary point of contact of the Chancellor with other offices, senior management, directors, deans, faculty members, and students; by responding to enquiries and satisfying all their needs. - Maintains regular contact with AU's internal and external parties by communicating the Chancellor's instructions, requirements, decisions, and briefing him on important issues of interest and feedback. - Manages the Chancellor's agenda by prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings and events, drafting minutes of meetings and other important documents. - Ensures that the deadlines of all requirements, tasks, duties and projects are always met by following up with all related parties. - Welcomes guests, conducts reservations and travel-related services, provides hospitality needs of the office and resolves any related problems. - Supervises all clerical duties of the Office by maintaining organized and easily accessible digital and paper-based resources, retrieving important... - Permanent - Full-time
