Job Position: QA / QC Engineer
Job Description: Sharjah - Manage and maintain the total quality system of the base. Inspection and certificate verification of all incoming materials and equipment to make sure it is as per the purchase order and required industrial standards. Conducting Material Preservation Inspection and make sure materials and equipment are stored properly. Coordinate with Internal and external ISO audits. Raising NCRs for Non Conformances. Coordinate and Witness third party inspection and make sure the conducted test and certificates issued are to the industrial standards. Maintaining records for the inspections done in the base. Raising MRs for the inspection and calibration of equipment in the base and also for the projects. Arrange and keep track of all calibrations done for projects and in-house tools, gauges and instruments. Make sure that the certifications, inspection and calibration reports are ready before sending to projects. Conducting final inspection for the equipment.
