Job Position: Senior Systems Analyst
Job Description: Roads and Transport Authority - Dubai - Job Description Understands the Digital strategy and work with business architect, decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues. Support in Developing business cases and initiatives and present them to agencies and sectors. Lead in designing and enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow by conducting technical analysis. Provides senior advice to technology portfolio manager supporting them on prioritizing the demands estimating Technical Allowances needed to complete a project. Preparing and delivering reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in systems across RTA. Technically assets and support PMO functions (Project Management Office) and reports in regards to technology and Digital projects performance, compliance and reporting.
