Job Position: Commissioning Engineer/Manager (Power Plant exp)
Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Review the engineering, procurement, EOM, and construction, documents with the project schedule to plan in details as required and execute POV-commissioning work in accordance with project requirements. Detailing the POV-commissioning. Implement the iPAS POV and commissioning system. Ensure "First Systems" are prioritized, planned, and executed promptly after construction completion. Based on schedule requirements determine the required manpower loading. Confirm the project organization chart; write POV-commissioning position descriptions. Interview the EOT members and place them into the organization chart. Interview the company members nominated for POV-NOV and place them into the organization chart. Interview the client in house resources available, and place them into the company organization chart. Confirm manpower contribution from the "C" contracts the will be utilized. With the balance of any job unfilled, refine the position descriptions, confirm budget, and recruit ... - Permanent - Full-time
