Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Kazim Hussain Cooper Fitch has been retained by a leading Facilities Management company within the FM sector and is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager - Soft Services. Responsibilities Responsible for the entire Soft Services contract operations, in Airports comprising of Cleaning, Waste Management, indoor plantation maintenance and pest control service. Key management representative for FM service provider in the Airport project, including liaison with all relevant stakeholders on behalf of the FM service provider Responsible for all contract resources including manpower (over 1,000 personnel), machinery and consumables. Responsible for overall Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) management, including ensuring all service segments of the contract attain the required performance target.
