Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Ebony Thomas Working with a market leader in the Food & Beverage industry candidate will be responsible for running the entire operations of a centralized bakery production facility including looking after production, quality and R&D. Also responsible for managing a large chain of bakery stores with a vision of growing the business. Key responsibilities include: Leading the operations of the centralized production facility ensuring maximum efficiency of operation and workflow. Ensuring product is delivered on time with top quality to ensure customer satisfaction. Working closely with R&D department to broaden the range of product offering from oriental to western bakery & confectionery. Implementing SOP's across production department. Ensuring HSE measures are implemented across production facilities. Key requirements: Degree in Food Science & Technology.
