Job Position: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description: Ras al-Khaimah - Coordinate with vendor for the delivery of materials as purchase orders awarded as per client requirements Material inspection as per the purchase order specification and follow up with supplier to supply correct and quality material Follow-up with suppliers and local purchase orders and ensure prompt and correct delivery and compile data from vendor invoices to verify accuracy of billing data and receipt of items recorded Maintaining Inbound and Outbound registers and filing Approve and process billing and dispatch equipments and spares with coordination of transporters. Prompt and efficient customer service related to material and logistics to clients Review and identify missing quarantine materials and allocate proper location Responsible for preparation and implementation of monthly Physical Inventory /Cycle count Develop and produce MIS report on material consumption, cost and inventory status Generate and develop daily Inventory report and weekly KPI reports Communicat... - Permanent - Full-time
