Job Position: Logistics Manager Assistant
Job Description: Ajman - Preparing the ageing returns in excel format for Merchandiser and supplier information. Sending ageing data to stores wise for supplier's returns. Sending Purchase returns document to supplier by mail. Prepare the Department wise, Location wise and cumulative ageing report. Monthly wise Ageing Analysis Report. Communication with the Merchandisers, inventory team, and other inter departmental staff. Coordination with Data Capture & Team Leader to ensure smooth execution of Operations. Monitor workloads versus manpower within the team. Ensure given tasks are processed and completed on time. Prepare the LPO as per the stores requirement. Following to supplier for ageing stock returns from the stores and warehouse. Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities. Monitoring attendance of co-workers and logistics drivers. Maintaining the files and records of the company. Receiving direct operational instruction from logistics manager.
