Job Position: Operations Officer - Investment
Job Description: Black Pearl Consult - Abu Dhabi - Our client is a large holding company. Functional Area: Investment Reports to: CFO Position Description: - MIS Reports and administration of the Investment portfolios through Advent Portfolio Management System. - Assets under management - position and performance review reports and presentation for the Investment Committee and the Board. Major Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for maintaining MIS through ADVENT on day to day basis for the Investments performance reporting purposes to CIO and eventually for presentation to the Investment Committee - Executing daily mark to market reports for Public Equities and Fixed Income Portfolios - Executing rebalancing of foreign equities quarterly in order to align with Investment Policy Guidelines for the passively managed portfolios - Keeping the track of all major world stock/bonds commodity markets news and events and also disseminating the relevant information to the team. - Executing and posting transactions in ADVENT... - Permanent - Full-time
