Job Position: Sr. Engineer Testing & Commissioning
Job Description: PIVOT Engineering & General Contracting - Abu Dhabi - Managing MEP Maintenance Department: Responding to complaints from tenant through job cards. Answering 24/7 emergencies Procurement of necessary material. Coordinating with subcontractors Follow up of warranties. Obtaining the FAC at the end of the DLP period Attending periodical meetings with the Client's operator. Organizing periodical inspections of systems and equipment Technical and contractual reply to all correspondences .• Establishing a preventive maintenance system The main objective is to successfully hand over the project to the client at the end of Defect Liability Period. It also covers the company assets (Head Office, Camp, Stores, AC units, Water Coolers etc...) Managing the Testing & Commissioning Department: It covers: 1. Attending Periodical Testing & Commissioning meetings, 2. Preparing Prequalification and organization charts, 3. Meeting Estidama requirements for Testing & Commissioning, 4. Procuring & Maintaining the adequat... - Permanent - Full-time
