Job Position: Facilities Engineer - FM
Job Description: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi - Kazim Hussain Cooper Fitch has been retained by a Semi-Government entity within the FM sector and is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Engineer. The Facilities Engineer will supervise the maintenance department and ensure that the delivery aspects of the department are delivered in an effective, efficient and professional manner to the complete satisfaction of all internal and external customers. Responsibilities Participate in the development of the country business growth strategy Supervise and direct all sub-contractor's staff engaged in maintenance delivery Ensuring that all sub-contract staff used on maintenance services are approved and competent for the specific tasks Ensuring the efficient operation of the on-call system•Supervising and maintaining the organizational structure for maintenance teams Maintenance of records for all maintenance activities Ensuring accurate production and control of planned maintenance.
