Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Career Level Mid Level Minimum Experience Over 5 years Minimum Education Level Bachelors Degree English Level Proficient Age Preferred 26-50 Years Old General Skills Strong Management Skills Responsibilities Fully accountable for complete HR activities including re-sourcing, recruitment, selection, compensation, benefits, employee relations, staff welfare, job evaluation, training-development, HR policies, HR procedures, payroll, designing and implementing HR strategies and processes. Manage recruitment, motivation and training of the entire staff; work with them to ensure that they have the skills, knowledge and motivation to carry out their roles effectively. Deal with understaffing, resolving conflicts and administering disciplinary procedures. Review existing compensation-benefit policies, identify loopholes and establish competitive programs.
