Job Description: Spectrum Talent Management - Abu Dhabi - Key Responsibilities: Utilize and interpret various audit, accounting and regulatory compliance reference materials and resources, review prior audit issues and develop the scope of assigned internal audits. Perform risk assessments on key business activities and using this information to guide what to cover in audits. Anticipate emerging issues through research and decide how best to deal with them. Attend meetings with auditees to develop an understanding of business processes. Assess how well the business is complying to rules and regulations and inform management whether any issues need addressing. Skills We are looking for UAE Nationals (Emiratis) ONLY. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working in a bank, financial institution or big 4, handling audits for financial industry.
