Job Description: Ajman - Description On behalf of our client,we are hiring candidates for Leasing Officer for an investement company based in Ajman.Candidates with local UAE experience in similar role can send cv to hrdunicorn2015@gmail.com Salary – 5000 – 6000AED JD – Property leasing Provides information about the property and the community to the prospective resident 2. Responsible for leasing property at an acceptable and approved rent rates 3. Greets visitors and determines if the Property meets the client's qualifications. 4. Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing paperwork (i.e. applications, 6. Effectively communicates changes in units leased status to Maintenance Department. 5.
