Job Position: Assistant Food & Beverage Manager
Job Description: Ajman - The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for effectively and efficiently management of the F&B Department, all food & beverage outlets including banquet, rooms service and catering, food production areas and stewarding; to ensure quality of products and services; and to maximize profitability and productivity while maintaining an acceptable food and beverage cost ratio. Minimum Requirements: · Prior experience in the hospitality industry · 1-2 years' experience as Food & Beverage Manager or Asst.
