Job Position: Assistant Admissions Officer
Job Description: American University of Ras Al Khaimah - Ras al-Khaimah - Responsibilities & Accountabilities : Counseling prospective freshman and transfer applicants throughout the admissions process (documents collection, Campus Vue profile creation, enrollment etc.) · Responding to admissions inquiries via phone, email and face to face. · Representing the University at off and on-campus information sessions. · Giving campus tours. · Covering reception desk on back-up basis; · Traveling throughout RAK and UAE to represent the University at school fairs and Exhibitions. · Reviewing freshman and transfer applications; · Enthusiastic about AURAK with strong work ethic, · Exercises sound judgment, and are skilled at public speaking and writing. · Developing the admissions plan with the admissions team Assisting in organizing visits in international schools within Ras Al Khaimah and other emirates Assisting in organizing AURAK open days and ensuring all logistical needs are fulfilled Creating opportunities for schools to visit AURAK thr... - Permanent - Full-time
