Job Position: ER Charge Nurse / Shift Leader
Job Description: Sharjah - Position available for a ICU/ER trained registered Nurse to join the emergency Department at a well-established hospital in the UAE. Opportunity to gain International experience and work in a multi-cultural environment whilst experiencing the rich and diverse culture of the United Arab Emirates. Candidate will be responsible for managing the ICU/ER unit, including assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care. Providing clinical leadership, supervising staff and ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained. Reporting to the Head Nurse / Unit Manager Candidate requirements: Recognised Nursing degree ICU/ER trained qualification Currently registered with a nursing council in either the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, South Africa, Australia or New Zealand Minimum three years nursing experience as well as at least one year experience in a management/supervisory role within a ICU/ER department at a Western hospital Experience with staff supervision, management,... - Permanent - Full-time
