Job Description: Cooper Fitch - Dubai - Kazim Hussain Cooper Fitch has been retained by a Tier 1 Facilities Management service provider and is looking to recruit an experienced Facilities Manager with a strong Mechanical background that has experience in Retail Projects. Duties & Responsibilities; Supervise the periodic maintenance work done for the organization's buildings and facilities which also includes lighting, air conditioning, etc., and ensure adherence to the maintenance contracts. Supervise the emergency maintenance work and ensure adherence to the standards and guidelines. Oversee soft/hard service activities and ensure a prompt service is provided by presentable staff. Liaise with the purchasing section on the drafting and closing of maintenance constructs. Ensure adherence to the relevant environmental standards and any other applicable standards.
