Job Position: Procurement Manager
Job Description: Cooper Fitch - Dubai - Ebony Thomas Cooper Fitch is working with a multinational market leader in the Chemical industry, candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the procurement performance strategy, targets and processes having an impact on entity efficiency and generating saving. He/She will negotiate purchasing contracts in Company alignment with Company policy & Guidelines.. Key responsibilities include: Develop procurement organization consistent with the business strategy Ensure that the Group's purchasing procedures (IMS GP-12), Group Purchasing Ethics code, purchasing methodology, tools, and QHSE standards are applied and used Develop service level agreement with BL's Focus on long-term supplier relationships that encourage speed, creativity and continuous improvement Contribute with Group procurement to the development/deployment of a long-term strategy per category Management of procurement processes implementation & activities Prepare the annual purchasing plan for... - Permanent - Full-time
