Job Description: MINDFREE Consulting - Dubai - Company Brief: Our client is a leading regional group in healthcare, dedicated to contribute to the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman Markets by supplying high quality products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories and analytical industries. They are seeking to recruit a "Recruitment Executive" for Dubai. Position will be reporting to the Talent & Admin Manager in UAE. Job Requirements: Degree in any field of studies 2 - 3 years of working experience in similar functions Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written Ability to demonstrate initiative and assertiveness, the ability to plan and manage work in an efficient manner, and the ability to work well under stress and time pressures Responsible for the Recruitment System; Reviewing CVs Employee referral check; Selection of candidates Interview arrangement; Conduct interviews with the Line Managers Liaison with the agency on the hiring of Foreign recruitments Updating the vacancies rack... - Permanent - Full-time
