Job Position: Sales Coordinator
Job Description: Howco Oilfield Services - Sharjah - Raise sales orders in accordance with customers purchase orders. Search stock system & allocate appropriate material to customer orders. Create inter-company PO. Raise non conformance reports. Review & understand simple customer PO specs. Maintain customer databases as appropriate. Raise BOL's when orders are ready to ship. Adhere to the Howco Group H&S Environmental and Quality policies Other duties as required Skills Educated to high school/ diploma level. Bachelor's degree in relevant subject would be beneficial. Previous experience of at least 3 years working in an engineering/ manufacturing environment preferably in oil and gas industry. Expertise in using MS office and experience of working with process management software Sound working knowledge of computer databases Salary for this position will be based on prior experience and qualifications.
