Job Position: Senior Architect
Job Description: WH International - Abu Dhabi - WHI International - Abu Dhabi - Senior Architect (from concept to completion, Industrial projects). Duties and Responsibilities Develop detailed architectural designs using Autocad, sketch proposal via Sketchup. Ability to run jobs independently and manage submittals to Abu Dhabi authorities along with general office duties. Ensuring they are in line with the regulations of Abu Dhabi Municiaplity and/or other authorities until building permit approvals is issued. Work directly with clients to establish clear briefing requirements to develop the concept design. Lead the project team to manage from concept to completion of designs for a number of projects. The role will require monitoring the programme and reporting to the relevant parties on progress, change and delay issues. Coordinate with key consultant services including MEP and Structural.
