Job Position: Employee Relations Specialist
Job Description: Standard Chartered Bank - Dubai - To provide thought leadership on Employee Relations (ER) policies, practices and processes To actively reduce the cost and reliance on external legal counsel by providing in-house subject matter expertise To work closely with HR Business Partners and Group HR Legal to develop products, policies and processes to up-skill line managers in effectively dealing with ER related matters To work closely with the HR Business Partners to deal with ER related issues and embedding Fair Accountability, directly managing specific cases as agreed with Head of HR (e.g. proactive case management, contractual terms and conditions, performance management, policy development, grievance, disciplinary, restructuring, redundancy) Develop and maintain key internal relationships with stakeholders End to end management of ER Risk Key Roles and Responsibilities Provide specialist ER support to develop effective employee relations strategies that are aligned to business objectives Ensure that the Bank... - Permanent - Full-time
