Job Position: Facilities Engineer - Developer
Job Description: Engage Selection - Dubai - Engage Selection are recruiting on behalf of a large UAE based property developer who are looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Engineer to the team. The ideal candidate will come from a similar background as a facilities engineer with a developer. The successful candidate will be placed in charge of a large scale residential project and as such must be strong at managing multiple buildings and multiple service providers. REQUIREMENTS - At least 3+ years working as a client side Facilities Engineer/Assistant Facilities Manager - Degree educated in a technical subject - Electrical/Mechanical Engineering preferred - Experience handling a large portfolio, preferably residential in UAE - Any nationality will be considered ABOUT THE COMPANY Engage was formed in 2007 in response to frustrations at the level of service delivery offered by traditional large recruitment agencies working in the construction market.
