Job Description: Dubai - A leading software solutions provider in the education sector is looking for an IT Specialist to join their growing team! - JOB DESCRIPTION - * Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - * Install and configure computer systems - * Diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and application problems either in phone or in person - Mandatory Experience - * 3 .. 5 years experience mandatory - * Previous Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Domain server, including installation and setup of group policies - * Previous Experience in setting up and maintaining Microsoft Active directory - Preferred Experience - * Setting up SharePoint and training users how to use it - * Laptop Hardware repairs - * Azure cloud services - * VLAN and load balancing - * Preparing Computer Images using Norton Ghost or... - Permanent - Full-time
