Job Description: Gastronomica - Dubai - As the Project Manager at Gastronomica, you will oversee all planning, implementation, and tracking of short/long term projects within the GCC. You will be responsible for all the project and construction related activities of the company ensuring all projects are on time, within budget and scope. Additionally you will be responsible for; Projects department and management of the project team Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant persons/departments of the company and ensuring technical feasibility Developing a detailed project plan to track progress Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques; Managing the relationship between the company and all contractors and other outside business partners Creating and maintaining complete project documentation Performing risk analysis of projects in order to ... - Permanent - Full-time
