Job Position: Sales Encoder / Sales Coordinator
Job Description: United Arab Emirates - Job Description The sales encoder main responsibility is to encode the LPOs and to enter data from various source documents into the computer system for storage, processing and data management purposes as well as assisting Sales Managers whenever necessary. Skills 1- Main Duties: prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry Provide suggestions on process improvements To solve problems by liaising with the other staff and customers. Following up company payments with the sales executives and drivers and report to Accounts; To liaise with all team members and work as a team to research targets set by the Sales Manager. 2-Encoding and Reporting: Encoding shipping order on daily order basis. Monitoring the weekly and monthly report for the company as well as Hotels and Corporate whenever necessary. Planning product delivery schedules and discuss it with the Sales Manager.
