Job Description: Cooper Fitch - Dubai - Henry Duke Cooper Fitch has been retained by a tier 1 developer based in Dubai. Our client is looking to headhunt a Real Estate Senior Manager to join their organization. Responsibilities: Corporate investments, valuation and real estate within the UAE. Natural at building internal and external relationships. Seeks to innovate in order to maximize value to an overall project and the company. Ability to establish strategy, implementation planning and execution of concepts and initiatives in conjunction with strategic partners and external stakeholders. Professional and presentable to external clients, investors and government agencies. Act as an ambassador for the company. Awareness of market conditions and business influences and ability to advance the department’s and company’s knowledge and expertise in real estate.
