Job Position: Fleet Maintenance Manager
Job Description: Cooper Fitch - Sharjah - Ebony Thomas Working with a market leader in the FMCG industry candidate will be responsible for planning, initiating, monitoring & controlling workshop jobs & operations as well as planning & management of spare part inventory and monitoring maintenance cost on a daily basis. Key responsibilities include: Resolving day to day technical problems. Negotiating & liaising with suppliers for spare parts. Ensuring timely completion of work orders & reducing downtime & rework. Monitoring overall performance of workshop efficiency. Minimizing break downs of vehicles and downtimes. Ensuring optimum manning strategies, multi-skilling and high degree of workmen motivation. Training and development of Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians for improved performance in collaboration with HR unit. Key requirements: Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field. MBA is a distinct advantage. 8-12 years' relevant experience in maintenance of heavy vehicles including but not limited... - Permanent - Full-time
