Job Position: Global Head of Tax
Job Description: Madison Pearl - Abu Dhabi - Key Responsibilities: Provide operational tax advice and support to the business in the regions and HQ at their request. In cooperation with the global finance team and outside counsel, manage the tax compliance process. In cooperation with the global finance team, review tax accruals and related tax accounting processes. Provide active support and assistance in tax audits in the relevant countries. In cooperation with business management, provide tax support with respect to acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, integrations, mergers, restructuring and financing in the relevant region or countries. Provide tax support to the central accounting function and external auditors with respect to the global tax charges in the consolidated accounts of the group. International Tax due diligence. Key Requirements: Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience at a “Big 4” firm and/or corporate tax department.
