Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is locally owned and managed hotel brand with iconic properties in their portfolio and as part of the expansion strategy, we are recruiting an experienced Procurement & Supply Chain Manager from the Gulf region F&B hospitality industry to establish a procurement and supply chain department to improve efficiency, reduce costs and value to the organisation through competitive vendor selection and management and improved processes and systems. This newly created role will be based in Dubai. The Role Develop, implement and manage purchasing, supply chain, receiving and vendor payment activities, processes, systems and policies for the procurement and distribution of food, beverages including alcohol, non-edible items, engineering materials and services, vendor selection, negotiation and management, RFP preparation, evaluation and selection.
