Job Description: Zakum Development Company - United Arab Emirates - Job Title Surface Downhole Team Leader - UA-SD Organization Name UA-SD Job Purpose & Scope Supervises and monitor the operations of the Wellhead Platforms (WHPs) including downhole operations and ensures that the oil production and water injection per well area and overall are controlled as per the company requirements, and that well data is accurately collected for reservoir monitoring purposes. Ensures that operations are conducted safely, efficiently and economically. Principal Accountabilities § Carry out all responsibilities in accordance with company's commercial, production, maintenance, safety and environmental policies and procedures. § Manage the field operations in a safe and prudent manner so as to minimize the risk to personnel, company property and the environment; and act on behalf of the Operation Manager when required. § Ensure the competency of WHP operators by carrying out SVQ assessment and train them in all aspects of production, e.g. wellsite, stimulati... - Permanent - Full-time
