Job Position: Team Leader - Home Finance
Job Description: Noor Bank - Dubai - The position is responsible for achieving budgets of business by managing a sales force. The task requires managing and monitoring DSA's. Manage team and evaluate them in terms of productivity and quality of sourcing to achieve the requisite targets. The products for which the sales have to be managed are as follows: New Home Mortgage Existing Home Mortgage Commercial Finance Key Responsibilities: Achieve the targets set for the residential and commercial Sales Channel Build and manage the Developer and Broker relationships Grow the acquisition channels to meet both current numbers and future business needs Manage and built relationship with Credit Initiation Unit Constantly develop and manage alternate sales channels for sourcing and referrals Develop and suggest promotions and below the line advertisement in conjunction with the marketing function Achieve and exceed the team targets assigned Participate in sales calls with RO's to assure quality of file and higher c... - Permanent - Full-time
