Job Description: United Arab Emirates - We are one of the largest sports management and consultancy companies in the UAE, looking to hire a motivated, skilled and accomplished general accountant to join our ever..expanding team. The main accountabilities and duties of the position include: Preparing accurate and valid sales invoices and submitting them to the client in a timely manner. Recording and reconciling assigned accounts in Oracle. Updating receivables and the related ledgers on a weekly basis and following up on collections. Maintaining the fixed asset register to ensure that it is accurate and up..to..date. Entering sales invoices and receipts in to the Oracle system. Preparing quotations in a timely manner and following up with clients. - The successful candidate will: .. Be a native Arabic speaker .. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a general accountant .. Have a BA in accounting as a minimum .. Be proficient in Microsoft Office & Oracle AP, AR, FA & GL ..
