Job Description: Rotana - Fujairah - Job Description We are currently seeking for passionate and dynamic Maintenance professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests. As a General Mechanical Supervisor you are responsible to supervise and coordinate the installation, modification and maintenance of equipment and your role will include key responsibilities such as: Maintain all kitchen and laundry equipments in good working order Prepare preventive maintenance schedule Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen and laundry equipments Maintain the performance of pumps and motors Follow the preventive maintenance chart strictly and maintain records for future reference Coordinate with other department's counterparts to ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress and to create healthy relationship with inter-departments Able to effectively interpret engineering drawings and calculations and quickly identify inco... - Permanent - Full-time
