Job Description: AECOM - Dubai - Requisition/Vacancy No. 175728BR Job Category Engineering - Transportation Job Summary AECOM is seeking to hire an Stations Operations Specialist in Dubai.The purpose of this position is to oversee and manage all aspects of the Operation Control Centre operations, overall management of the customer service team, tram drivers and train service delivery for the metro and tram. Candidates should meet the following criteria: - Both control room, tram operations and management experience is required and knowledge of safety critical operations will be assessed; Thorough understanding of tram operation controls such as tram supervision, tram regulation, incident handling and emergency management. Thorough understanding of station operations in railway environment or transport services, associated activities, policies, procedures and company KPIs; Job Duties : Managing and supervising the team at site, and ensuring all are doing their job as required by the contract agreement.
