Job Position: F & B Manager– Arabic Speaker
Job Description: TGC Consulting Middle East - United Arab Emirates - As F & B Manager, you would be responsible for overall operation for the restaurant, hire staff, purchase food and stock, and make sure everyone is trained on proper food preparation, proper and legal alcoholic beverage service kitchen safety techniques and understand health standards. REQUIREMENTS You will also be responsible in ensuring that company is represented correctly and that the company's standards are upheld. Have proven food and beverage management experience.. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices. Provide a two way communication and develop an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork. Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets. Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures. To be successful you would ideally possess 6-8 years of experience in Food and Beverage industry having 2-3 years' experience in managing restaurants or food chains.
