Job Position: Technical Support Engineer - Electronic Security
Job Description: Aquila Consulting - Dubai - Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with an international CCTV Storage Manufacturer operating throughout the Middle East. Due to growth within the UAE they have an opening for a Technical Support Engineer to work alongside the sales team covering the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service within the Electronic Security sector and be responsible for: Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution Working alongside the sales team and visiting clients on site to troubleshoot issues, providing step by step technical help and reposting findings to the Project Manager Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues either over the telephone or face to face Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Pre Sales engin... - Permanent - Full-time
