Job Position: Investment Associate REIT
Job Description: KS International, EA Licence No: 08C5498 - Abu Dhabi - Key Requirements: 3-5 years of principal investing experience in real estate funds/JVs/co-investments at a large tier 1 asset/investment manager Proven manager selection experience Sound knowledge of investment opportunities & major players in Asian markets University degree from a reputable university in business, finance, mathematics preferred Responsibilities: Carries out a variety of skilled professional investment analyses related to Real Estate investments focused on the Asian markets across a range of structures including funds, joint ventures, listed securities, debt instruments, etc. Activities may include analyzing acquisition and disposition proposals, monitoring existing assets, analyzing economic conditions affecting investment strategy, incorporating new investment vehicles in acquisition packages, calculating debt payments, amortization etc. Main Duties and Responsibilities Work with the global real estate team, to manage the Council's real estate portfol... - Permanent - Full-time
