Job Description: Etjar Investments - Dubai - Etjar Investments LLC is looking to hire an operations manager who will be able to set up a new division for Short, Medium and Long Term rentals of Fully Furnished Apartments. Our prime objective is to provide the most comfortable and pleasurable stay, whether it is for business or holiday, for individuals, or families. REQUIREMENTS The candidate we are looking for should be able to meet business objectives in terms of: Business Development Manage an entire division of the company Meet priorities and targets Advertise, Promote, and do marketing campaigns Responsible of achieving desired financial results. If you are shortlisted, we will have an initial meeting, to discuss your previous knowledge and experiences. We will need to hear from you how you think this new division should be set-up, what profit do you think it would generate, and what are your suggestions.
