Job Position: Resource Planning Officer
Job Description: Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - Plan medium and long term manpower needs to optimize staff assignment while ensuring assigned staff is compliant with legal and business requirements. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Policies and Procedures: Follow all relevant policies, processes and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Day-to-day Operations: Implement the day-to-day standard operations assigned to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures. Refer to supervisor for complex tasks which may require exceptions to procedures. Safety, Quality and Environment: Comply with all relevant safety, security, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Create, develop and maintain a detailed short, medium and long term manpower plan in alignment with flight scheduling and operations' needs, to ensure optimization of manpower capabilities and compliance with requirements Perform simulations and "w... - Permanent - Full-time
