Job Position: Accountant
Job Description: Royal Kohinoor Gold & Diamond - Dubai - Doing Daily accounting of all transactions, controlling of stock &cash by end of day. Preparation on daily trading reports. Controlling cash in/& out. Monthly salary calculation and control. Preparing Budget, actual & past for coming month. Planning of expenses and controlling of expenses. Verifying bank statements & card statements. Checking the bills. Reconciling cash & card balances daily. Should have knowledge of win gold software. Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records. Record the transactions accurately, verify that all the documents are appropriately approved Assist in month end reporting procedures Assist with employee expense reports Sort, code and enter accounts payable data Maintain accurate filling both soft/hard copies for financial and accounting data. Prepare and reconcile account statements according to company procedures. Maintain files for bank transfers and related documents. Following daily bank deposit.
