Job Position: British Style Pub Manager
Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a rapidly expanding hotel brand and we are recruiting an experienced Pub Manager to join their Dubai team. Reporting to the General Manager, the role will focus on the pre-opening of the venue and manage the operations thereafter. The Role Establish and implement systems and policies for the gastro pub focusing on working with the Executive Chef on menu development, food costs, recruitment and development, setting up the pub with FF&E and the pre-opening requirements. Review guest feedback and ensure that the customer experiences exceeds their expectations. Manage budgets and achieve revenue targets. Inventory management and auditing, oversee purchasing Essential Skills & Experience Required Minimum 5 years' experience in a busy branded pub / bar and casual dining restaurant in the UK, Europe, South Africa, Australia, New Zeeland or North America is mandatory.
