Job Position: Financial Markets Lawyer
Job Description: McGregor Boyall - Dubai - To provide legal, advisory and documentation support to Financial Markets in the region with Sales, Structuring & Trading across all asset classes with a focus on Structured Funding, Credit Derivatives/Structured Credit, Islamic Derivatives, Commodities, Bespoke Credit Solutions, Rates and Foreign Exchange, Islamic Structured Funding. Experience and knowledge: Qualified lawyer, preferably in a common law jurisdiction. Minimum 6 years PQE Deep experience in derivatives across all asset classes and in particular credit. Experience in general commercial banking. Deep experience in structured finance and associated derivatives. Judgement: As Senior Legal Counsel, you must be able to make judgement calls not just from a documentation perspective but also in light of the bank's policies and procedures and conduct considerations.
